This fan is so great. It came charged and I did not know not only can you charge the fan itself but you also charge the base and you put the fan on the base and you can recharge the fan from that. This is very cute and has 3 settings. We live in Texas so this is awesome to take with us on a trip to Six Flags. It is very powerful for a hand fan!
