So far, I haven't noticed any change after taking this supplement. However, I was very disappointed that the label was so misleading. The front indicates Biotin 20,000 in bold font. However, once you actually are able to see the ingredients list, there is only 6700 of the biotin and the rest is collagen. Definitely not what I was looking for and wouldn't have purchased had I realized.
