Oh I love the FuturePlusX Light Up Jingle Bell Necklace!  
So cute for the holidays!   The balls not only light up, but also jingle! 
It is a good length at 19.5" so you can put right over your head very easily!  
Batteries are included and preinstalled.  You just push the button to start. My necklace has 9 balls in red, blue, green, gold, and purple.
I love that it has 6 different modes, so you can change it during your holiday parties.  
Once you push the button to turn it on, you push the button once more time to go to the next mode.  It cycles through each mode, then off.
All the christmas ornament balls light up! So much fun for the holidays at a great price and nice quality too!
