This eye/lip liner pencil set is very vibrant. The colors are very pretty and stick out. They go on smoothly but wipe off easy. Maybe I didn't put enough on but the more I put on the easier it wiped off. I'm not big on makeup and don't really wear it so I may be doing something wrong. However they do work great on eyebrows. I just couldnt get them to stay on my eyes.
