I really wanted to like these earrings - I love good, simple design. They're just too small. I feel like they get lost.  I think they'd be great to wear in a second ear piercing with a larger earring next to them. The juxtaposition would be interesting. As a stand alone pair, they don't do it for me. 
I really like Nuwastone - they have an interesting story as far as where they got their name (mythology), and I love that they send a sweet box with a beautiful bag. Unfortunately,  these earrings did not come with backings. For that reason, as well as the size,  I can't recommend them.  I would instead recommend their thicker style of stick earrings, which are also longer.  That item can be found here:
