I am a Paramedic with 20 years experience. I bought this to replace a 12 year old litman that had bit the dust aftr a hazmat call. It works very well in my opinon i like the thick, shorter tube as it picks up less ambient sounds when being bounced around in the back of an ambulance.
All and all it's well made, seems sturdy. I am confident to recommend this to those looking for an inexpensive stethescope.
