Seems to be making a difference as a tight "smoother" ~ breaking up little fat deposits/fascia in those trouble spots. Don't put too much pressure when rolling as it can bruise...which I learned ;) so I backed off a little on pressure and it's great. Overall great buy and I highly recommend.
