Terrible packaging. Obviously this was a return! Buyer Beware!

I purchased this product as a gift for my sister who travels and is a licensed cosmetologist. She wanted mother 2000 watt blow dryer and this with a promotion was at a good price . Bot when they say the cheap comes out expensive they weren't lying!

The seller sent this box inside a very thin solid gray color envelope without an ounce of protection. As a result the box came totally destroyed. Had this been it I would've just repackaged it and sent it on. There was more. A lot more! The international plug to travel with it and the diffuser were both missing!! Nwxt the plug on the unit itself wasn't tied and looked as if the unit was used. The manual was folded in half. Okay, even with all of this I would've kept it and replaced the missing pieces but the worst was yet to come!! I turned on the unit. It turned on BUT only blew out cool to low heat no matter what setting I put it on. So now I was most definitely convinced this is definitely a return.

I contacted the seller #qukidy and only wanted a replacement. Instead of an I'm sorry wanted photos which I sent. Finally after several emails back and forth I asked for a refund. This seller wanted me to send it back at my own expense knowing it would cost me more than I paid for this .

I finally had enough, am  eating the cost (cheaper then sending it back with tracking) and it is in the trash!

I do not re commend anyone buy this item at all.pure junk and you're never going to know what you're going to receive.
