After my firstborn 4 years ago I needed a little boost to help me get back in shape. This did nothing but make me feel weird and jittery. So I discontinued after 2 weeks of suffering.
My sister however did not feel any side effects but nor she had any significant weight change after finishing whole bottle. And miserable few pounds she lost I consider due to exercise and healthier eating. So I call this a big BS
