Focus 2 by Paneuromix are known as an effective nootropic that helps with cognitive brain function and improves focus without the chemical drugs. They are 100 percent natural and are lab certified quality. It contains gotu kola herb powder which is a great ingredient for helping anxiety, depression, Alzheimer’s and other psychiatric condition. They are also caffeine free. Dosage is 1 vegetarian capsule once daily in the morning. They do not have a strong smell which is a good thing because that is one thing that can put many people off when taking their needed vitamins and supplements. I’ve took my second one today and so far haven’t experienced any side effects. There are a couple as you can see listed on the bottle but even my being sensitive to side effects and only being able to take certain vitamins due to the nausea most give me. Will continue to take one daily .
