Very good product for the money. Material feels little too plastic and seems like its going to break if you tighten little too much. If the clamps don't break, then your all set to go. I purchased two for a just in case. So far I haven't had to remove or adjust. I think it will remain clamped well on my handlebars if I don't mess with it.
