These bands are super affordable and they seem to work very well. I love using the medium, heavy, or heavy-x on my workouts.
It also comes with a bag to put all your resistance bands so it’s organized.
The only issue I have is it riding up my legs when I’m doing certain exercises, like it doesn’t stay put and it flips upward. Maybe it’s just a general issue for all resistance bands for those kinds of exercise movement.
Overall, great product.
