I travel a lot on the weekdays and try to sneak in a nap when I can. This totally did the trick! It arrive in plastic packaging with instructions. Basically, you place it around your head and over your eyes when you need the world to go dark for a bit. I never thought I’d be one of those ladies you see in the movies waking up in a chaise Lounge with an eye mask on but HERE I AM. Totally glad I gave this a shot!!
