No miracle cure but it helps!

I wore these things for two nights now and I have not noticed a difference in my snoring nor has my wife. 

The package came with two sets of nose clips and a sleep mask. The sleep mask is made of a soft material and fits well. It has velcro for adjustments. The nose clips come in fancy little cases to prevent them from getting lost. The nose clips install easily but tickle a little bit. I found myself wanting to rub them several times during my sleep. 

Overall good product but is not a miracle cure for snoring.
