I needed a power supply and this looked like just the thing. It feels solid, and works really well. I needed to buy a separate XLR to 3.5mm cable so the output could be plugged directly to the microphone input on my computer. Additionally, I bought a XLR to XLR cables to connect my microphone to the power supply. This phantom power supply uses a usb cable to a wall charger. It also has a power switch. There is a non-skid padding on the bottom of the power supply so it doesn't slide around or scratch my desk. My microphone sounds really good when using this power supply.
