I lost a total of 8 inches combined over my body by using this. If you follow the instructions and can tolerate the pain, this is a miracle. I use this in the shower, or perhaps use any lotion to help with the movement. The large one is good for legs, thigh, stomach area, the smaller one can be used on the neck, or even the face as some will say.
