This is a nice set of cake pans.
They are well made and sturdy and have a good non-stick coating.
They came out well after being named at 350° F. They shape remained the same and the lock undid easily. It was also easy to push the cake out. The cake didn't stick to the pan at all.
The pan also washed very well and came out as new.
I would recommend this product.
