I purchased this for my partner because she has been wanting one of these Bluetooth Earbud Sets and I found this one on Viralix.com with a Coupon and figured since it was such an excellent deal I would purchase it for her. It works pretty well and the sound quality is fair. The reason I gave this a 3 Star Rating instead of a 4 or 5 Star Rating is for the following reasons: Sound Quality Could Be Better Issues Getting Earbuds to Charge Earbuds Do Not Stay Charged Long Issues Connecting to Bluetooth At Times Lower Quality & Not Very Durable The sound quality of this product is only fair and the ideal sound quality would be excellent. Sometimes it is a struggle just getting the earbuds to charge at all, we have to wiggle them around in their container to get them to even start charging and at times, it takes more than a half-hour for the charge to even start. When they do charge, they do not stay charged for more than an hour at a time, which I know its not the longest they should stay charged according to the book included with the earbuds. The earbuds will not connect to Bluetooth at all sometimes, even after restarting the device and earbuds and it is a hassle just to connect the earbuds to the device via Bluetooth and it's multiple devices we have the issue with as well. Once the earbuds do connect to the device, they continually disconnect every little bit from the device which is not normal and not what is supposed to happen and then the hassle of reconnecting them begins all over. Also, these are not of very high quality and are not very durable at all, I feel like one small fall to the floor would break them. Other than what has been mentioned here, my partner is semi-satisfied with the earbuds but I am certainly going to be purchasing her a higher-quality & better set of earbuds very soon.

If all things I mentioned above were fixed with these earbuds, I'd gladly give a 5 Star Rating. Perhaps we received a defective pair of the earbuds and if that is the case, if the Seller is willing to replace them, I will gladly write a brand new review with a 5 Star Rating if the new pair of earbuds work properly. Seller if you're reading, please do send me a Seller Offer for these Earbuds and I will purchase a new set then you can reimburse me for the purchase.
