I used the garland strips for my daughter's 40th birthday party and it looked stunning. Everyone commented and thought we had the room professionally decorated! These are so easy to use with great effect; just blow up the balloons and slot them into the holes. I would certainly recommend although my internet had gone down so I couldn't download the instructions and I couldn't work out how to use the balloon tying tool so only 4 stars.
