Bought this pack of decorations for a Halloween themed birthday party then will be used again at Halloween also. It arrived in compact packaging and has orange and black balloons along with happy Halloween banner and other photo props of ghosts and funny glasses plus vampire teeth. There is some simple assembly involved like attaching string and sticks to the card so that's why I am giving 4/5. Apart from that you get a fair few different bits and pieces so reasonable value.
