I have been hearing about the use of Jaw Exercisers for a while now and I thought I'd give it a try. I'm sure I followed the instructions but for some reason this just didn't work for me. It started to crumble and break apart not long after I started using it.
I really wanted to love this but I guess it wasn't meant to be.
