This is a Little Girls Funny Cartoon Dress with colorful dinosaurs. It is a Crew Neck, Sleeveless Super Cute Dinosaur Printed Sundress. My niece loves it, and picked it out. Like with most of these dresses on amazon, it’s similar to swimsuit material.
