PT in a bag

This 6 piece set of hand and arm strengtheners, is perfect for doing physical therapy at home. I had surgery on my hand and need to get teh wrist and thumb, as well as the arm back in shape. These are perfect and let me work on it at my pace. They are well made, and there is something for any step you are on, whether it is starting or advanced. The nicest thing is it stores in it's own carry bag and is easily portable. That way I can take it with me any time I am going somewhere where I will have to wait for a bit. Makes it easy to keep on top of it. There are items to strengthen your fingers, or hands, or arms.  love this set!
