Bright and colorful

I know it’s only January, but what better time to start planning for this year’s gardens. I had an opportunity to buy a set of solar lights (hummingbird, dragonfly and butterfly) that would be perfect in my big flower bed.

My husband set the lights outside at 10am so that they could charge enough for me to take a picture the next night. I didn’t have to wait. Despite being overcast, the lights charged enough to work later that same day.

A unique aspect of these lights is that the stems light up. My garden should be more full this year and I can’t wait to see how the stem lights play off the plants.
