The Perfect Portable Power Bank

This is a small power bank with a very useful 10,000mAh capacity. Weighing just 172g and measuring 10.3 x 5 x 2.5 cm meaning this is highly portable so can be easily carried so you can charge your phones, tablets MP3 players etc when away from a mains electric power supply.

The cardboard box which arrived contained:-

1 x Poweradd EnergyCell 10,000mAh power bank
1 x Carry pouch
1 x USB cable
1 x User manual

The power bank is indeed small for it's capacity and it's outer case is made from a slightly grained plastic which stops it from being slippery when handled . At the front of the power bank are the connections, a micro USB port for receiving a charge and a USB port for giving a charge to compatible devices. On the side is a button which when pressed indicates the charge remaining in the power bank via 4 x LED lights. When it arrived the power bank had a 50% charge which was shown when only two of the LEDs lit up. I then plugged it into my mains powered USB hub and waited till it had fully charged.

When all four LEDs stopped flashing and were permanently lit I know ir was fully charged so disconnected it from the hub, I then plugged my phone into the power bank and the phone started to charge away. I like this little but powerful power bank and it will be getting carried in my pocket if I know that I will be away from a power source for extended periods. The 10,000mAh of this power bank should give my phone at least two full charges and because of it's compact size makes this the ideal travelling companion to my phone.
