wanted one for awhile now

I used one of these when I was younger but never got one when they old one broke, which has been about 30 years now (LOL).  Now I wonder why I haven't gotten one sooner!  My teeth feel 100% cleaner now and it lasts all day.  I can tell it got some stuff off my teeth that had been there awhile.  I love that I can adjust the water pressure as some of my mouth cannot handle it being on too hard right now.
