This harness and leash combo are very durable. I use it on my pitbull who doesn't like to be leashed and pulls very hard ultimately choking herself. This harness has cute most of that out. I have more control since its not just around her neck like a collar itself. It has held up with all her pulling and tugging so I definitely recommend as it is not fragile.
