When I ordered this I was a little skeptical. You would think a bunch of short points rubbed around your eye would hurt. I thought so too but surprisingly this roller is not. As long as you do not rub hard it does not hurt and is cool to the touch. With the time you have to review it is hard to say just how well it works though
