It basically a fanny pack with a leash on it. It sounds simple but it is made up of so much more! It’s adjustable for both human and animal. The leash is similar to one I bought at ikea. The shock resistant kind, let me tell you it works great. I live in a town that has leash laws and this way I can drop the leash or adjust it shorter and still be ok. I’ve got a 6 month old pit bull so i definitely needed something strong and this is! Love this product.
