I've only used it a couple times and like the results. The MonoSmile 350ML water flosser does a great job. My only issue with it is when I use it I have to pause the device a few times throughout my floss so I can spit out all the water in my mouth into the sink, requiring me to hit the power button to get back to flossing. Not a huge problem just annoying honestly. I give it 4 and a 1/2 stars.
