This is crap! It is flimsy and was falling apart upon arrival. One of the hooks broke when I tried to screw it in; and that was with normal pressure and by hand. They don't even screw in all the way!! It was awkward to hang as the hook holes were on the front instead of the back as pictured. I was able to make it work shortly on the window by using command strips; but it does not work in my parrotlets cage. Overall a waste of money for an inferior product.
