I haven't had nor used this product long enough to tell you whether or not it helps hair grow. The product directions tell you to use it twice a day, but it's too oily to apply it twice daily. You would have to shower after each use, after letting it soak in. Now I'm not saying that it doesn't work. It may work miracles for some people, but I can't apply it as the directions tell you to without having extremely greasy hair unfortunately!
