Lose weight not muscle mass

 I've been using this for a little bit now, I've noticed a slight weght loss. The biggest thing I noticed is the appetite suppressant. I'm not craving food or sweets all day. This is an effective carb blocker and fat burner. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because for me, it caused me to have slight jitters. I do like this product and I recommend it.
