I have a pool that I love to be in but have long, thick hair that I don't always want to get wet. I did tie my hair up like they recommend but I guess it is too long and thick for this cap to fully work for me. It did fit on my head but there were gaps as I could hear it around my ears and it did let quite a bit of water in. I think if I had less hair this would have worked well.
