Very poorly written directions. The sticker quality is poor as well. I had a difficult time getting it to stick to my skin. Ones I was able to do so, I felt like I could get more use out of a tense unit. I've tried it for 3 weeks now & have seen no results. I understand everyone is different & this product may work for someone else, it's just not one I stand behind.
