Perfect excersise ball and bands for a great price! I thought it would all be low quality because its so cheap but its not! Im a bigger girl and the ball holds me up just fine. Seems very durable. Bands are just as good. My whole family did a workout with them today and we had no issues.  Definitely would reccomend.
