There's not much that this knife doesn't have!!  It's made of good quality material.  Has a flashlight that has 5 different modes to it and, easy access of changing that mode with only a click of a button.  You can focus the light in or out without any problems.  Bottle opener, cork screw opener, Seregated knife, scissors, fingernail file.  The list goes on!  Great to have when you are going on a hike, camping or, just to carry with you!!
