Wonderful Quality Collar!

This dog collar by #Egoola is top quality.  I've owned similar dog collars prior to receiving this one but none have had such a good webbing for the collar, as strong a clasp, or as accurate a fit. My original dog collar that I ordered somehow got returned to this seller ( due to the coronavirus), as I did get a refund that I didn't authorize,  which prompted me to inquire as to why. That said customer service was fabulous! The offered to replace my dog collar at no cost to me, thus giving me a free collar . I even offered to pay for it as this is something that I desperately need for our dog. We do have our dog microchipped,  but this way they can very easily see his name and call us directly. I chose the dark blue collar for the webbing, which is more like a midnight blue,  and white  for the text. It really stands out. I'm totally thrilled with my collar as well as the customer service that I received from this purchase and I will definitely recommend this seller as well as this product.  Plus if any of my friends have dogs and are looking for a gift for their pet this is it. At only $9.99 this is most definitely a bargain!
