These don't shift in my sneaker which is something I have had an issue with before. They stay where they are supposed to! These seem to be well made so should last me for a while. They are cushioned which I look for because I am on my feet for at least 12 hours a day when I work. They also don't make my feet sweat which is also something I look for.
