Not as good as I thought it was

I recently purchased 2 S9 where I felt it'll need a screen protector just in case anything happens. So I did some research and this item seems to have the best review at the time of purchase. The installation wasn't as easy as I thought it was, no matter what we did, the sides didn't want to stick, and the phone wasn't useable at all. It wasn't senstive to touch, where I couldn't even use my phone at all. I had to remove it for me to use it. Then when I finally thought, ok, it works now, I realize, my phone works is because the screen came off without me being knowing the protector came off. Maybe I had a bad set, but I wouldn't purchase this item. The packaging and the tools that were provided made the installation very easy, just the screen wouldn't stick.
