I got this for my son who is going through puberty.  Boy he has so many zits and blackheads.  The first time we used it I was shocked by all the gunk it took out.  I found you will need a toothpick to keep it out afterwards so have them on hand.  I plan to buy seperate ones for my boys and myself so that we dont share germs now that I see how good it works.
