This fits perfectly on my pitbull. It adjust to fit her perfectly. The material is great quality. It is nice and thick and looks like it will last quite a while. There is a loop to put the leash on and another one to hold with my hand if I need to. My dog seems to be more comfortable in those than the traditional neck leash and I am very happy about it.
