Cool, thin pajamas for summer

I'm reviewing a size XL of the ENJOYNIGHT Men’s Short Sleeves and Shorts Pajama Set Soft Sleepwear. I ordered the all navy blue set but the mixed gray and blue set arrived. I ordered these for my dad who wears an XL normally and the shorts fit ok but the top was a little small for him. The material is soft and thin - great for summer, but I'm not sure it will hold up very well after a few washes.
