Perfect size for me. I can toss this in my purse, have it with me everywhere. I'm such a list maker. I think of something I need to do, or pick up, and in seconds it's POOF! Out of my brain. If I don't have something to write the thought down when it hits me, it might never surface again. I tried carrying a notepad, and the sheets got so torn up. I tried carrying a regular binder and it was too awkward, even at work. I love the size of this. The hardcover binder keeps the book in great condition and the elastic band keeps it closed, so if I put business cards in it during meetings, they stay in place. The double book mark is super handy. I added some pictures of the various pages, you have a lot of options for notes, tasks and journaling. I took a class a while back, 7 Habits of Highly Successful People, and the setup of this is based around that course. Priority tasks, tasks that can wait, bullet points, etc. Great product.
