Nice set for personal use

The set comes with the personal massage roller, a bag to carry everything in and for different cupping sizes. I like the different cup sizes for different areas on the body. The bigger ones are nice in areas I'm trying to improve blood flow and relieve pressure off of the nerves and the smallest ones work great on the face to help with helping the blood flow and reducing fine lines. I did find that the bigger cups are a little harder to squeeze to make the suction.  The massage roller feels great rubbing out sore muscle areas.  All in all a nice home personal use set.
