I was a little afraid of this. I thought it might be to powerful and hurt, but I was wrong. With all the different heads and adjustments there is something for eveyone. Holds charge for quite a while. Took away the stiffness so I could go on with my day. And then at night it relieved my pain so I could fall asleep easily. I'm using this often.
