This bag is great. I counted 17 pockets. It holds my 14" laptop with a little room to spare. There is a nice velcro strap to hold it in place that goes over the top of the padded pocket. You need your own external battery to plug the charger port into but that's in the description so no surprise there.
There is room for a couple college textbooks and notepads. If you need a bag to hold four or five books this isn't the bag for you.
The straps are padded nicely and seem to be attached well. The zippers are thick and solid metal. They should last a very long time.
Update: Used for two days a week for six weeks and it's falling apart. Seller offered $3 credit. This should last longer than 12 days of light use with only a small laptop and a small external cell phone battery backup inside.
