I love this Tens machine! It is very easy to use although not as easy to figure out initially. The directions are also very clear so I ended up doing a trial and error through most my learning of it. It has 6 different applications of pressure and many more intensity. levels
There is still more to learn about it but just knowing the basics has been very therapeutic for me. After only about 5 minutes or so I started to feel a relaxation of my muscles as well as relief for the specified areas.
It does come with a wonderful map listing symptoms and which areas of the body to place the pads which has been very helpful.
