Disclosure i totally didn't read the description fully... When they arrived i was like woah these are big lol! But i put on the gloves and they actually fit my hands . I wear medium nurse style gloves so that should give you an idea of the size of my hands. They work amazing love these! Buy them. I haven't tried the mat though.
