I was so excited about these Tker Himalayan Natural Salt cooking Blocks - I envisioned using them for charcuterie, grilling, and cooking. But they are very, very broken. I can still use them for very small things (a salmon steak, maybe?) But they certainly don't have the oomph of the original product. Extremely disappointing.
Unless the company figures out how to better ship these, I cannot recommend them.
